

One of my MOST disappointing run. First time walkin in a 10km run..sigh....it's true tt when u're really tired, you just dun have the motivation, mood or stamina to go on. I'm gonna start training by going for more combat classes now. I think tt helps more in building up stamina.
Next up..Yellow Ribbon Project Run in Sep..
Great Eastern 10k in November...
And....stan chart 21km in dec.
Will prolly retire from running next year.haha..shall see how
