birthday gift

and i rewarded myself with a new phone!!! not intentionally to pamper myself but because my phones have died on me!

So wat apt timing!! Got myself a Samsung F480

totally love the colour!!haha..but i hate having to transfer numbers and getting used to new stuff...so...if i ask u who u are when u sms,pls pardon me. I have yet to transfer numbers and stuff.

Let the Celebrations Begin!

I wanted 12 days of celebrations for my 24th this yr, but somehow, i feel that's not gonna work out. Some frens have forgotten when my special day is... while others, I chose to have a meet up rather den specify what exactly is the reason for meeting up.....esp when i dun wan pple to have the impression that i wan a pressie or somethin...

What was supposed to be a meet up ended up as 1 i considered my 1st bday celebration!

It was my day out with my couz on Friday (I had 1/2 day OIL to clear) and because of this meet up, my couz gave up meeting a special someone and celebrating another fren's bday. She gave this priority to me!!

Thanks couz for making me so special as always! She's my confidante, my shopping khaki, and camwhoring partner and nv fails to give me good fashion advice too!

den to topshop...totally love this pc....gonna get it on Wednesday!!hopefully tt piece is still there..was the last pc...but i'm waiting for my discount!haha

because city hall was so crowded,we decided to take the train to raffles place...but figured it may still be crowded and this is where we ended up...

hahaha....it was hilarious...cos when we boarded the train, there was no 2 seats side by side for us...den there was this girl inbetween the seat and we were hoping she'll get the hint and move so we cld sit next to each other...but she didn't and i went "eh u sit la.." and pretended tt i will sacrifice and stand....but she still didn't get it....den suddenly these 2 guys gave up their seats and headed off in 2 different directions and sat themselves there so we cld sit nxt to each other..

we were so embarrassed yet laughing at what took place.

It was a fun Friday and i really enjoed ur company!!

05/06:K cum buffet dinner with my ex classmates

06/06: Buffet with my girlies..Nur Shar, farah...and frens!!haha

07/06: Perhaps buffet meet up with my cell..not confirmed yet tho...

To Mum With Love

Mother's Day is almost over.....and almost everyone celebrated this occasion by having dinners whatsoever either today or somewhat earlier..

Church showed their appreciation as well..

Could't help but miss my mother....What was preached today was really true...We can only have 1 BIOLOGICAL mother....and all I cld think of were the happy times spent when mummy was still alive..

The different hairstyles tt she used to tie for me...
the pretty lil dresses she sewed for me...
the new pillows she made to replace my "chao chao" pillow and i'll always refuse them..
the time when she started teaching me cross stitch...
the different dishes she always came up with everyday and we'll nv get tired of eating food prepared by her..
the yummy desserts and 'liang cha' she'll brew for us to ensure we nv fall sick...
Coming to school on my 1st day in Primary School and making sure I got my sausage bread on the 1st day of my ballet class.

Ensuring she fulfils her houshold duties and nv complaining no matter how tired she was.

Mummy nv fails to put a smile on her face..
Her ever bubbly and joyful personality nv fails to cheer pple up.
We were close to all our neighbours only because of her...

Till now, she is deeply missed not just by us...but even the pple ard us....and some... in church who saw us grew up.

Yes..there will be times when we tend to compare the then and now...but I can't help but learn to appreciate dear mummy who gave us the best tt she cld.

Taught us morals tt we cld nv get in school...And I quote my fren, no matter how much u hate ur mum, somehow, u'll always inherit her genes...no matter how distant u guys are...

And i'm so glad tt even tho mummy isn't ard anymore, there are certain genes tt I inherited from her and I really thank God for tt.

So....Mummy, even tho u aren't around...I look forward to the day when I can see you again and say Happy Mother's Day...I love you lots!!
